Being an out of state student Utah State Has a great value. It provides tons of services that for the price of tuition seem unexpected. It is in Utah meaning that around 85% of the student population is LDS (Mormon). For some people this is a turn off to me it was great because they are very welcoming and friendly. It also gives opportunity for other activities that are fun with out getting out of hand.
