The teachers, from my experience, are usually good, helpful teachers, but you will undoubtedly find a few that could care less. During the day, the students are usually snobby and naive, but at night you'll see a few more amiable people. As far as the environment, it's nothing magnificent, but it's not horrible and run-down, at least not Clearwater or Tarpon Springs. As far as the student assistance-type staff is concerned, they're horrible. If you have a small problem it will probably be solved. If you have a larger problem, the chance goes way down, especially if you require assistance from someone with authority. There are a ton of student workers, which is okay, but for some reason, they are not allowed to transfer or even recommend you to a supervisor. You have to wing it by going onto the school's website contact directory and picking out people that look good by trial-and-error. I've had several problems requiring higher-ups and, each time, I have to deal with some of the least-motivated and unhelpful people I have ever encountered. They are not there to help you, they are there to suck in new students to increase school size. If they made a mistake, it's not their fault, it's yours, and you have to fix it by jumping through hoops. You'd be unlucky even if non-student staff answered the phone. They just send you off to another division and recycle you back to the beginning even if you have gave notice that you were already there. In-person is the best way to deal with problems here, but you'll usually have to wait upwards of an hour for the plus-sized dogs; it's only better because of the intimidation factor, which doesn't always work if their used to it.
