I, personally, love SVSU! I love the campus in general, along with the dorms and staff. It's not too big to the point where I feel crowded. However, it's not super small either. It's really close to great shopping. Although, there's tons to do (during the week) so I never really have to go off campus to find something to do. All extracurriculars are easy to become involved in and members are extremely welcoming. My only complaint has to do with roommates. SVSU pretty much randomly selects roommates, which leads to problems if you can't get along with them. When roommates are difficult to get along with and you complain to someone about it, nothing is really done about it. Therefore, if you're going to live on campus, I suggest that you beware of what you're getting yourself into. Despite this, I have made so many friends on campus that I don't regret my descison to go here one bit. I've even met my future roomies for next year.
