Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
I have spent the last 2 years here at The University of Louisville, and I have loved every minute of it. I am currently a Business major, with a focus in marketing and a minor in entrepreneurship. I have lived in many different places, and been all over the country having been a military child, and of all the places I have been Louisville and Kentucky are my favorite.Specifically about the University; it is always moving forward. There is always something being improved on, the University is constantly expanding and adding to make things better for students, and you can really see your tuition dollars at work. As of this moment, there is currently a new expansion being built onto the College of Business, a new fountain and courtyard being built in the heart of campus, and a new park being built around the entire play house. The University is also in the process of raising 750 million dollars by 2013 and is over halfway to meeting that goal. You can check out the progress and learn more about it at www.chartingourcourse.org.Also, athletics are huge here at U of L. We just recently finished a huge expansion to our football stadium, and built a brand new basketball arena downtown, The KFC Yum! Center. I know the name might be a little weird, but it is thee nicest arena that I have ever been in. It is beyond amazing, and is definitely something that you have to see before you die.
