Is the social life as bad as these people say? I am considering going here,visited and loved the campus, but I'm getting the feeling this may be all I will appreciate at this school.I'd be sweet if someone,preferably a current student, could answer my questions.

Its pretty bad… before i made my decision to goto this school knowing that the social life was 'bad', i figured oh cmon it cant be THAT bad..SURPRISE! its terrible! Also,gl finding friends during the weekend when its like completely vacated…its almost like its orchestrated lol

This is just not true! The school is great! Social life and all…you will love it! And is so does NOT clear out on the weekends. I don't know who you people are!

I am transferring, so obviously I don't like i there, but let me try to look at this from a more objective point of view. This is certainly not the school for everyone. In short, if you want parties (good parties), pre-gamed football games (or even just sport games where the majority of your school actually attends), school spirit, a good number of attractive girls/guys, etc. this is not the school for you. Here you will mostly find sport-affiliated parties, social gatherings, drinking in dorms, and sometimes big parties (these usually get busted within an hour or two). And if you don't find that too bad, and are more focused on your education anyway, go to this school.
