Major: Religion/Religious (This Major's Salary over time)
I really enjoyed my time at ONU. I only attend for one year and then transferred to another college. The rules can take it's toll on you after awhile even when you don't party. You truly live in a bubble. If you are a religion major and you aren't Nazarene I would recommend not attending. The department is very close-minded and not willing to listen to outside viewpoints. If you are of any other main-line Protestant denomination that wants to do ministry, do not go here. It's not worth it. However the professors I had truly seem to care about the students and were willing to make time to help you out. There is a real sense of community on campus and I met some of my best friends here. If you want a secure community, love Jesus, can put up with chapel, have no desire to drink, and aren't majoring in religion I'd say Olivet is for you.
