Major: Economics (This Major's Salary over time)
SBU is simply amazing. The academics are ranked 111 nationally, their economics program is ranked 59 which isn't bad considering it is a public school who's tuition is under 7 thousand dollars. SBU has a great research facilities and the best opportunities to get involved in the medical field if students wish to do so. Also our student life is starting to come alive starting with the athletic teams improving and bringing everyone together. Our baseball team made it to the college world series and out basketball team made it to the 2012 National Invitation Tournament. So things are looking up for Stony Brook.
