Major: School of Information (This Major's Salary over time)
I felt as if they were only accepting me for the money they believed me to have (as a live in a very wealthy county, though my entire family scrapes by). I felt as though their tution is affordable, the only reason it is that way is because of all of the FINES they give for any accidental or minor infraction of the rules (I had to park in a parking space, because there is little to no space to park there, in which there was a 6"x3" sign saying I couldn't park there, the sign was covered by a, tree, and I had only been parked there for a few hours, when I came back I had already recieved 2 tickets and a warning, both tickets written for the next day and day after the next, when I had only been there for a few hours and had a witness to prove it). The cops, or at least a cop, around campus is dirty, tail-gating people pulling them over and writing tickets saying they were speeding by 15 miles over the speed limit when they weren't speeding… especially if there isn't anyone in the passenger seat to be a witness. The staff doesn't seem to actually care about the success of their students (on multiple occasions I found myself recieving looks from them making me feel as if they were judging me to be stupid and inferior). Overall, yes this university is cheap, but they'll end up taking your money one way or another… When I was told I had to spend the same amount of money to go there for 6 credit hours because of my academic probation, and turned them down because I didn't want to spend money on a school that didn't help me, I honestly felt as though I had just been robbed of my money… money I remind you I DON'T EVEN HAVE.
