The financial aid department at GSU stinks to high heaven. I have attended a junior college that makes GSU look like the titanic. The fin aid department does not respond to emails or voicemails and I had to have another member of another department run interefernce just to get

my first disbursement. The financial aid area is not one that should be conducted this way, they also determined that instead of awarding your entire award they would give you some of it and you had to apply (guessing how much you had left)….GSU is a substandard college.

So true about the finaid department…lazy minorities run this department and enforce the stereotype to a T. I have never gotten a response via phone or email.
