 It scares me that a place as hostile to differing ideas, as close-minded, and as cloistered and unfriendly to outsiders as BJU is produces teachers meant to go out into the general world of public and private schools. I guess it's nice that it worked out well for you but given that they teach that evolution is a lie and depression is caused by sin there, I find the fact that they produce teachers for K-12 schools rather alarming. |

The character building was absolutely a positive influence in my life and future occupation. I owe a lot to BJU. My undergraduate education prepared me for teaching and future graduate education.
