As a recently declared member of the Management department, I can't really comment entirely on those classes, although the ones I have had were actually pretty good. However, a lot of the classes are unnecessary (First year writing) and there are a lot of classes that are required as "gen-eds" but are really just made to fill your schedule for no reason. Most of the professors I've had (90%), I would rate very highly and would say that they do care about me personally and how I do in their class. However, there have been some that just are awful teachers in general or don't care about the students.

The students here are rude and snooty. It's a lot of people who have gone to private catholic school their whole lives so they just decided to continue the trend. There aren't very many clubs, and unless you get involved in them in the first week, good luck trying to make friends. I've been here for two years and I couldn't tell you who half of the people who have lived in the rooms near me are. I have made some great friends, but the community shit they feed you on the tours is a lie for the most part.

The transfer rate is very high here for two reasons. One, a lot of students come here to boost their GPA's because they couldn't get into Northeastern or BU the first time around. Two, people leave because they realize that this school is a joke that doesn't bother to help you get anywhere and you're paying a shit load of money to receive no benefit. For example, they tout the "Career Center' on the tour. Well, I went in last year to get help making a resume. I was shown a powerpoint of what other people's resumes look like and then told to go to my room and make one and email the person I had seen if I wanted him to look at it. I finished and emailed it to him the next day asking if he had any suggestions and was never sent a response. tl;dr don't waste your time, effort, and money coming here to be miserable and wind up transferring.
