If you're independent, passionate, curious, and down to earth, this is a good place for you. Hunter is a commuter school so people aren't here to socialize and party. Also, the administration will not hold your hand. You have to be proactive about registering, paying tuition, and graduating on time. Don't expect anyone to hand you a cute group of friends, throw a party next door, give you the answers in chem lecture or make you a plan for graduation. You'll have to work for that stuff and figure it out on your own. If that's not something you're into, don't go here. You'll hate it.
