Alfred University was a great choice for my education, as a resident of NY State it afforded me a Private University education at a state sponsored tuition rate. It was very well know in the Ceramic Engineering field.I realized how good of a school it was when I went on to a larger University for graduate school that did not have half of the facilities for engineerin.They have a very strong alumni network and proud history.They were the second school in the US to admit women and have admitted minority students since the 1850s.
