I played two sports while I attended DWC and have never seen a department so demeaning in my life. If you are a woman, prepare to be harassed by not only teammates but the athletic director. Rules? They don't exist. The athletic director allowed a player who had been caught drinking alcohol on a bus ride home from a game to play another sport and did not face any repercussions. As for the classes, that is another story. During my 4 years spent there I had 3 different heads of my department. The only one that could have made a difference there was forced out. The school will do whatever it needs to get money, they do not care about what happens to individuals or how you are treated. Incoming class sizes are decreasing vastly and campus life is TERRIBLE. If you talk to the majority of students who have graduated or have been in the school for at least two years they will be able to tell you how drastically the school is diminishing. Save your money and time and go somewhere else, ITS WORTH IT. You have to try hard, and I mean HARD to fail here.
