Taylor gave me the best four years of my life. I grew in my relationship with God (Taylor is so good at encouraging that), I made some of the best friends I've ever had, and I took classes that challenged me and made me a more well-rounded thinker. One thing to keep in mind is that YES, the surrounding town stinks. Theres basically a gas station and Ivanhoe's. But that's why they have so many great campus activities!! You have to be intentional about getting involved. Chapels are always great, and the profs really make a point to get to know you and give uou the help you need, but sometimes you'll need to be willing to ask for it. All in all, Taylor could end up being the best decision you'll ever make, but only if you're sure that it seems like the right fit. Otherwise you may just end up shoveling money into a school that you dont LOVE. (Because lets face it, Taylor costs a lot of money)
