Major: Journalism (This Major's Salary over time)
This college biggest red flag is the parking. The parking alone is enough to make me want to transfer. I would rather sit down and watch a 24/7 special of keeping up with the Kardashians than to try and find a parking space on campus. The parking is absolutely abysmal and every way possible. Sometimes it takes over 30 minutes to find a parking spot.the higher ups probably know this as it was even reported by the local news. The administration does not care because the know that people can not park so they are forced to park in an "illegal" parking zone. This gets the school even more money because they can bend you over doggystle and screw the money right out of your pockets. Let's not even talk about the way half the books you pay for you'll never actually use. I paid $120 last semester when I transferred here for a book that literally stayed in my car and I made a B in the class. The other book that cost $135 we only used for one chapter. Also if you're a girl, I'd be scared because we have a sexual assult claim at least once a month or every 2 weeks which is insane. Troy is a small town too so it's not like there's anything to do besides having a bunch of people getting drunk and acting like idiots. Most of this relates to most colleges and I'll be glad when I am done.
