The business school uses many adjunct faculty. They just show up to teach their classes then leave. They don't have offices on campus so students can't go to them with questions or for extra help. Valpo is trying to cut costs across the board. The university has missed their freshman enrollment targets the last few years. Their law school just laid off many faculty members to cut costs. You can read about this on the internet. I kept thinking that things would get better each year but they kept getting worse. This school now costs close to $50,000 and all you get are adjunct faculty who are barely on campus and teachers who really don't care about you or your education. I have been very disappointed in Valpo. It definitely hasn't been worth the money. Take my advice and don't go here. There are so many good college options available. This isn't one of them.
