Major: Mechanical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
Well I've only been here for a little over a year, but I would fast forward my time here if I could. Living here on campus is not horrible, but it's not great either (I would say for the average student). There's a large party crowd here, so that might be nice for some, but it brings unnecessary problems (e.g. fighting, pregnancies, theft). Truthfully, that's inherent to most colleges out there. I suppose you could say that there is heavy drug use as well. Anyways, advising is trash. Academics are what you make it. Most students get stuck into remedial math (Math 101), so take your placement test serious. I got lucky enough to have enthusiastic, likable teachers for my general studies, and my engineering teachers have been decent. If you work hard to have a complete understanding of your studies then it will pay off. Good luck if you choose to come here as well.
