The education is quite different in the USA. I have a Bachelor?s degree and the focus was learning, not testing. Slides, group projects and learn yourself is the norm at FSCJ, not actual classes and interaction with the teacher. I see FSCJ as money pit with no intention of teaching nothing, but take the money from students and let they do it alone. The ?learning? is read a lot of material, talk with other students that know less than you, take quizzes and tests, and at the end, you will receive a piece of paper saying you complete your instruction. The truth is you could buy the books yourself cheaper, read then, but you would not have the certificate at the end of the course. All we are doing is paying for a piece of paper because there is not transfer of knowledge from teachers to students at all.
