Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
The education program is very sub-par. A lot of the faculty are snooty, arrogant, and too absorbed in pet projects to be of any assistance. Most classes are professors spouting their political views instead of anything worthwhile. For student teaching, they sent me to a host teacher that two student teachers previously failed under. My education supervisor was too busy going to "meetings", and being involved in a political task force to offer any guidance. He would show up during the worst class and tell me to write a reflection on how I think I did. On the other hand, there are some down-to-Earth professors who are not self-absorbed. They did also set me up with a good host teacher and education supervisor the second time around.
