I have been attending this university since 2019, when I first got onboard it seemed so promising compared to the other schools I attended and reviewed. However, every place has its flaws. What I have come to learn about GCU is that it is not a place that looks out for the best interest of the student and making sure that the student succeeds, you may ask why I still continued to go to the university with all these issues, honestly I felt tripped and when I voiced my concern to the counselor and academic advisor one told me that they would see it through, the other advised me to just fail the course and retake it, because they stated that I could not withdrawal. When I needed a break I was only able to get a week off or two weeks depending on how graceful my advisor was. When it came time for an new class to begin, I requested to withdrawal from the course within that first week, and I was given the run around about being able to leave, and they charged me 25% because they told me I had to post, and then later they state if you post anything they will charge you 25%. I do not like my time wasted or lies, so please choose wisely.
