Major: Psychology (This Major's Salary over time)
The year I enrolled, the psychology department had few teachers, and the intro to psych class was taught by a coach who was fired before finals for (reportedly) assaulting a student. Plus my initial taking of intro to psych as a college course while I was still in HS for some reason couldn't cross over. I will be fair though, the people there are quality, there's a lot of really good teachers Additionally, since my enrollment (now a senior), the costs of attendance have gone up by the thousands. The complete academic scholarship isn't enough to cover tuition, just tuition alone will leave you thousands left to pay regardless of their academic tuition. The website that they use to manage your grades, finance, etc is garbage as well. There are three situations where I believe Northland will be worth the personal cost for you; if you are going for any sort of ecological or native american field, if your fees are already covered (gov/parents paying), or if you're good enough with sports for them to shell out tuition for you for more than the academics are given.
