Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time)
I graduated from the Social Work program, and found it to be poorly organized and not particularly helpful in preparing me for the field. Many of my required classes in other departments were quite good. Instructors were intelligent and approachable. The majority of Students there are fairly closed minded. There are a number of sexist, homophobic, and bigoted people attending the university. When I attended Eastern, it was not too difficult to get in, so I was in classes with a number of folks who wern't particularly bright. I hear their standards have gone up recently, though. This made it quite easy for me to curve most of the exams I took, but I suspect I could have leaned more in a more challenging enviroment.
