Bryn Mawr was great preparation for the world. The fact that it is a women's college (but with men on campus/in the classroom, as well as the opportunity to study at other nearby coed schools) was one of the main reasons that it was so successful for me. I really enjoyed the academic rigor that BMC presented and have an abounding appreciation for the Social and Academic Honor Code that places the responsibility for success directly in each student's hands. I am a better critical thinker because of Bryn Mawr. Socially, BMC can be difficult, BUT there is something there for virtually everyone of every stripe. If you are considering Bryn Mawr, visit the campus! Talk to an alumna! You've got nothing to lose.
