I came here because Baking is what I love, this school ruined that for me. I understand they're teaching you the real business, but I had chefs that I COULD NOT stand to listen to talk for 5 hours straight. Classmates are selfish and I honestly don't remember much from only 9 days of one class. I recommend going somewhere else. Also unless you like excessive drinking and drug use there is absolutely nothing to do on weekends if you are low on cash.

I went for baking as well and you could not have said it any better!!! i completely agree with every word I barely lasted the year and because of this school I do not even want to be in the food industry any more.
