I'm
glad I majored in accounting because it was easy to
get jobs, even during the recession. I graduated during the
last recession, but I had a job directly related to
my major when I graduated. I have to give credit
to the career center. You have to check out the
career center there. They helped me get part-time jobs and
summer jobs in the real world. Maintain good GPA so
you can qualify for the co-op program and the on
campus interview. I struggled in the upper division accounting course
but I do well on the job. The work
experience helped me understand the courses better.
