I love MHC. I can't stop talking about my friends and the clubs I've joined when I come home. My self confidence has increased a lot. And for the first time in five years I am really really happy. I love the international student body. I love going to a D3 school because it means I can play sports even though I'm not the best athlete. My coach is amazing - my teammates are wonderful. It is so easy to attend clubs, just walk in and people want you. Students are very approachable and you will start calling your dormroom home by the third week. Sometimes girls get a bit catty - but that happens everywhere. Your sucess at MHC will completly depend on how willing you are to create a social life for yourself - to ask your friends to go to North Hampton, to join clubs, and teams. On a side note, I also looked at Smith and I can say that for me at least, MHC was totally the right choice, hands down. I have met some awesome people and I have been a lot happier with my first year than lots of friends at co-ed schools. Girls are just more real and interesting to talk to when there are no boys around.
