Gallatin at NYU is a great program. You become close with your adviser, your professors as to see how you're doing after you take their course. Professors are very helpful. Gallatin classes are great, some are alot more challenging than others. The program itself helped me find my interests and hone them (Economics). Although I am transferring out of gallatin, I would recommend it to anyone. NYU itself is amazing, right in the village, lots of parties/bars/clubs/lounges around. Amazing nightlife. Dorms are awesome. There actually IS a campus. Its just not surrounded by a fence. Econ department is amazing overall.
