The school is absolutely awful , and willQuite BrightNursing
The school is absolutely awful , and will do anything to get your money. i attending one year there and would never go back ! the staff are absolutely awful! i was so excited for college but this school absolutely ruined it for me. the dorms are actually pretty nice, but the people who run it are rude and arrogant. what is the point of having RA's if they don't do anything? The cafeteria food is nasty, repetitive and overpriced....they lure you in with low tuition prices, but honestly it is not a good quality education. My math teacher hadn't even taken math 101 yet ! how in the world did she become a college professor. you are not allowed to miss class, even if there is a death in the family , or you are ill. you end up paying way more for tuition because of their hidden fees. The school is quite racist, though the majority of those who live on campus are of minority. while living on campus you are treated very badly. the "staff" are allowed to enter your room at anytime, and the school is not responsible if a "staff" member steals your items. (keep in mind most of these "staff" are actually students at the school)

The main complaints I've seen from people arePreMed and Medical
The main complaints I've seen from people are that there is no where to party or shop. Well if your only going to college to party and shop then no don't go here. But, if your interested in an education at a low price this may be for you. I went here for all of my pre-req credits before transfering to a more expensive university and it saved me tons of money. Plus, the scholarships are great. if you apply at all you will probably get at least one. I went my whole first year free and only filled out one scholarship form (one form applies you for all available scholarships). Also, if you earn your GED or high school diploma in garrett county you can go here for free! (please excuse any errors I typed this in a hurry :)

The diversity and academics are great, however, ADMINISTRATIBrightCriminal
The diversity and academics are great, however, ADMINISTRATION function from arrogant pompous mentalities (not the instructions). I'm a dean - so what!? when we died we're all dead. College accolades do not make you better than anyone else. Laker Hall administration - total abuse of authority. I believe the Residence Life coordinator TB is bored, immature and was bullied in high school so she decided to choose a career take it out on students. Go pic on someone else your age! You can clearly see that racism is an issue here. they only reason why they accepted us minorities is for federal funding. Please note, all student do not think like kids. Our generation is a little smarter than you think.
