First off this program is not a billing and coding program, it teaches you billing and coding but it also teaches you how to be a receptionist. If you want to go to school just for billing and coding and be able to easily get high paying jobs doing strictly billing and coding, or remote billing and coding take a class elsewhere. I recommend looking up job listings and look at what certifications they are looking for the applicants to have and do some looking into the schools that offers those certifications.
Like I said I have been at this school since August so a little over 4 months, not quiet 5 yet, and we have already had 4 different teachers. The school overall has a very unprofessional and childish atmosphere. My class especially is suffering from this behavior. We pay a few thousands dollars to attend this school to further our education and to able to successfully pass the certification exam we need at the end of this program, it should not be as miserable of a place as it is. Many students that recently started this program and are still within their refundable trial period have decided not to come back. The majority of us have been there too long to get any of our money back and are having to suffer through because we gave the school the benefit of the doubt with hopes that things would finally sort out and get better, but they have not, they only continue to get worse. Looking back I wish that I had looked at reviews of this school and done more research into the program itself before jumping right in just because it sounded like a good idea. I hope this will help some of you in deciding whether or not this school or this program is right for you.
