Super Brilliant
Oneonta truly is a disgraceful college. I honestly can not recommend anything remotely good about this college save a handful of students who will graduate soon and a number of brilliant professors who deserve far better than the lowlives this awful campus attracts. Anyone of moral or intellectual worth that even considers going to this college should reassert their priorities.

Overall Oneonta is a great school. Its pretty small so you get to know everyone pretty well and will constantly see friends around campus. All my classes were so small so you get a lot of personal attention. Everything is so close I could leave my dorm room 5 min before class and still make it on time. The food is amazing they have alot of healthy options like their stir fry station called O'Healthy. Every wednesday and monday they have a real chef cook and its usually so good. The parties are off campus but there is a free bus that drops you there and cab rides are only 2 dollars. There are really fun bars and clubs so I suggest getting a fake id. But if not the frats and sport houses are always a good time. I barley ever spend money here which is good. In the nice weather it is possible to walk to parties/ the town. The town is nothing special but does have really good restaurants like Fiesta which has good margaritas, Stella Luna a good Italian restaurant, and the Latte Lounge that has good egg sandwiches and bagels. The worst part of Oneonta is the weather but its definitely manageable.

Oneonta is a friendly campus that is easy to navigate. Professors are accessible and helpful. There are tons of clubs/activities. The campus will not win any beauty contests but the student union is nice and comfortable and the dining halls are clean, spacious and serve some healthful, tasty food . The freshman dorms are all renovated but the other dorms old and need to be renovated as well. The town has a few cute places to eat like Latte Lounge and Yellow Deli, it is small but decent. The winter weather is harsh but fall and spring are nice. I feel like I am receiving a good education at a modest price.
