| Quite Bright | This is a great school and one of the best kept secrets in American Higher Education. The campus is located in a rural farming/ranching community. Rodeo is THE major sport on campus but other collegiate sports are beginning to build competitive reputations. In the past 3 years the campus has experienced major renovations, added a beautiful student center housing workout facilities and an indoor swimming pool. Currently the University is positioning itself to build a Science & Agriculture Building and working toward a Performing Arts Building. The faculty at OPSU are first rate and will work with their students to see that they achieve maximum success during their undergraduate work. I came to OPSU not ever having been on the campus and I have been completely satisfied with my educational experience here. Kudos to the staff and faculty of this great university. | Education Quality: A+, | | | |

| Not so bright | In this area there is no place to go out and eat. If you want to you have to drive 10 minutes, even then there is not much. They charge to much for the stupid places they have for you to live. If you are not from the area it is very hard for you to adjust to the country ways. | Faculty Accessibility: A+, Scholastic Success: F | | | |

OUSU is one of the cheapest places to go to school in the US. It is very small, 1400 students. Lots of rual farm and ranch kids. Rodeo is VERY VERY BIG national champs several times. They will wave out of state tution in many cases. I will put my 2 degrees up against anybodys (Agriculture Education and Agronomy) Thom | Starting Job: H.S AG ED in KS, Preparedness: A+, Reputation: B+ | | |
