I came to Hussian School Of Art thinkingDesign Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc
I came to Hussian School Of Art thinking it'll help me with gaining my talents and motivation. They didn't do that at all. As a matter of fact, all they did was pretty much tell you to teach yourself upon the project and the material. Some of the teachers are not that bad but my Freshmen year was. I had an instructor pretty much tell me that I must drop out because I am not a "good" artist. There was also, another incident that year where an Instructor was telling students once again to drop out and that the teacher was staring at all of the females chest region.

Some of the students of my graduating class kept asking for help from me and were taking my supplies without even asking me. This school does NOT know a single thing about Graphic Design. They told my class that if you get an Illustration degree of some sort. You won't go far in life. I find that harsh to tell that to a hard working student whose life is dedicated to becoming an artist.

The advice they give you is okay. I wouldn't say it's terrible but if you were to go to that school. Please, stay far away from it as far as humanly possible. When I was told from a student that they were taking away many of the Illustration courses. I was confused because the foundation of the school was strictly both Design and Illustration. Now, they are changing it to just Graphic Design. Half of the Instructors who are new don't exactly know what they are talking about.

This year, they included the Bachelors Degree Program. I spoke to some of the students and what they thought. Most of them don't like the idea. I understand that they want to better the education of the students. I see status' every day of them complaining about how much they hate the school. I loved the school at the beginning but now it's just a giant drag for the students and me.

This school is a very small and intimate,AverageDesign Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc
This school is a very small and intimate, unlike other large and diverse universities. Though it lacks in some things, it does have its many gains. You do get a one on one atmosphere with the staff which provides a more understanding with things. Both the staff and students are very helpful and insightful. This school is more like a family then anything else. This school doesn't have extra clubs and resources like you get when you go to a large college/university. This school is focused mainly on the preparation of the real working field, by their art only classes.
