The school has great academics. It will be a lot better once it is regionally accredited though. The computer science faculty is excellent.

Question
First of all, attending any university is aQuite BrightEducation
First of all, attending any university is a "choice" and I find the ones who trash the academics and faculty are usually those who weren't smart enough to make the grade. I appreciated the discipline and character building I received at BJU even though I didn't agree with all the rules. After 45 years, I've never found ONE business institution that turned me down because I went there. In fact, they are just interested in whether you can do the work. Believe me, just learning to be on time and dependable is a big plus today. I can read the comments and tell you immediately what kind of character the person has. Sure, I had some unfair experiences there, but hey...life isn't always fair and we learn to submit to authorities over us. All I can say is, if you don't like it, don't go. I'm sure they will fare better without you.

Question
I started attending Bob Jones in the firstBrightEducation
I started attending Bob Jones in the first grade and graduated 16 and a half years later with a BS in Elementary Education. I can't say that I always agreed with all of the rules etc. but overall I loved and still do love the school. I respect the stand they take, in case some people have forgotten it is still a free country where individuals and institutions alike can still set and maintain their own standards. I love Dr. Bob, he is a good, kind hearted man. I am disheartened by all of the negative responses I see online by embittered former students. They need to remember that the problems they are having today are a direct result of choices they have made in their lives, not the result of the school they attended. I support Bob Jones University with my heart and with my prayers.
