Financial aid is a joke, no one upBrightComputer Science
Financial aid is a joke, no one up there knows what they are doing. Its now october 12th, and I supposedly still have 2 more weeks before I get my difference check. They dropped my classes without notice, constantly lost important and confidential paperwork and gave false information on bridge loans and expected award dates. Slow turnaround and even slower callbacks. Parking is horrible and out of zone tuition even tho I live in whitehouse(15 min away) is an extra 700 dollars. The worst college I've ever been do, maybe that's why they have the lowest retention rate/ pass for a unniversity. Tjc=failed attempt at an education.

Question
Decided to get a few of my basicsQuite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
Decided to get a few of my basics out of the way at TJC before heading off to university. This school is super cheap, the classes are really easy (can easily take 17hrs), and the class sizes are pretty small. The only downside is the lack of beautiful white girls. I'd have to say that this is the best JC in Texas. Two years of schooling for under $9,000!!

Great campus really pretty and well maintained.AverageUndecided
Great campus really pretty and well maintained. Not too safe at night about half the girls I know carry mace for good reason, although I have walked by myself at night many times and have never been accosted. Teachers are nice and very helpful. Councilors are really hard to talk to and it takes forever to register and to figure out what's going but I that's what its like on every campus.
