The dorm life is horrible unless you want to get unbelievably wasted every weekend in someone's cramped room. General undergrad classes are full of busy work, half the time you don't do anything and half the time they expect way too much from underclassmen. The weather SUCKS, I cannot say that enough, it rains nearly every day. EVERYBODY here smokes weed, so if that's not your thing, rule this school out. The feel of the campus is warm and inviting-- it makes it feel like home. The faculty I've worked with have been very passionate about what they teach and the students are here to learn, too. It's not a party school here, so if you're looking to go out drinking every night I wouldn't recommend it. If you're looking for a open, warm, diverse campus with laid back individuals Western is the school for you! I am so happy about my decision to come here!
