Western is a great school with many opportunitiesQuite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
Western is a great school with many opportunities but the impetus is on students to find the right clubs and programs for them. The Supply Chain program here is one of the best in the world and consistently outranks programs at UW and WSU. My advice to prospective students would be to join new clubs and to branch out their interests. Good luck!

Question
This school is the WORST school that IQuite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
This school is the WORST school that I have ever gone to my entire life.
In Spring 2016, I registered for this Professor's Accounting class. All the classes I have taken here use Canvas - an app for teachers to upload slides, exercises, solutions and grades, and so did this class. This Professor announced the grades via an Excel file posted on Canvas with students' IDs and I HAVE A SCREENSHOT of it.

Everything was normal until after I took the final exam when the class just suddenly disappeared from my Canvas' course list, and was nowhere to be found but in the unofficial transcript. I never knew my final exam score as well as my total grade for the class, and the Professor would not get back to me when I contacted him.

Now I simply just asked for my grade in % because grades in the transcript are only letters, so I could transfer credits to my home school, and now ALL OF THEM ARE TELLING ME THAT I AM LYING, THAT CANVAS WAS NEVER USED FOR THIS CLASS. OMG, so where did I take the damn screenshot??? And the Professor is now attacking me on my attendance?!?!? I can't even believe in my eyes that the school's staff of 4,5 people are now bullying on me for asking a fucking grade that I never knew?!?!I will not only not recommend this school to any of international students, but also make sure they are 100 feet away as well.

Question
Western is a really great school if you'reBrightUndecided
Western is a really great school if you're from Washington. Very few students from out of state attend and there's definitely a bias towards in state students. I don't know of many successful out of state students at WWU. Since there is no greek life and very few sporting events it's very hard to find something to do on the weekends, leaving partying as one of the few options. I understand partying is fun in college but after a could months it begins to get a little excessive and boring. If you're more reserved or love to party WWU is a great place for you. Not for the out of state social butterflies.
