I am actually in the DE program at this university, so the campus questions really don't apply to me.

90% of my experience has been perfect. Only about 10% has been problematic. As a DE student, I believe a more proactive approach needs to be assumed by the college to ensure a constant flow of communication with students when instructors are out (sick, due to death in family, etc…). I am assuming that instructors are typically replaced on campus. When an instructor is out and does not respond to emails, that is not fair to the student. Teachers do not always respond to their email once they finally read it. The DE students are being charged a "media & communications" fee. I want to be able to enjoy a quick response from all instructors not just the majority of them. I believe the tuition is high and I do expect to receive what I pay for, which I do in most cases. Overall I love this college and I love the chapel services when I go to register on campus at the beginning of every semester. The instructors have been very understanding and helpful. I have had a couple of experiences that I hope not to go through again, but the good far out weighs the bad at SAGU! God bless!
