RPI may look good, but looks can be deceiving. I really only know one or two people who actually like it here. The people here don't socialize. There are no girls. What girls there are, are infected with RIBS (ratio induced bitch syndrome). This truly does exist. Kids for cliques that are very isolated. Everyone splits up and goes to party at a certain fraternity/sorority and for the most part don't recognize others at the school. I am pledging Theta Xi Fraternity, and honestly its the only thing thats keeping me here right now. If you don't go greek at RPI, you are a loser basically. I'm not saying its a bad thing, because its a lot of fun. It's hard work and makes you think you can do anything, but RPI in general is depressing. I've never really been depressed in my life until now. I'm an Aeronautical Eng. major and right now I just want to quit and Join the Air Force to be a fighter pilot, damn their vision requirements. Oh well, I'll give it another shot next semester…
