The University of Georgia is a good school. You'll no doubt get a quality education. However, for graduate students, you learn quickly that there is more red tape here then most other universities. Compared to other schools I've been to, the administration (from the President to Dean's and sometimes Department Heads) are more considered with money and production then they are about the students, campus and overall environment.
