Well, I am currently both an alumna and a graduate student at Clark. I have to admit, when I first arrived on Clark's campus my freshman year, I was a bit weary about my college years spent on this campus in Worcester. However, I can honestly say that the past 4 1/2 years have been the BEST years of my life. I have loved being a Clarkie, and I wouldn't trade it for anything! My educational experience here has been phenomenal. I have studied under some of the brightest minds in my field, and have created such close relationships with various professors, staff, and administrators. I enjoyed taking courses in a variety of fields through the liberal studies program and found that these courses truly enhance my educational experience. I was also able to study abroad, something I think every college student should experience if they can. Clark has some really great programs to study in the UK, France, Spain, Namibia, and a few other countries.

Socially speaking, I have had the time of my life! Clark is a place so diverse in its population, that there is always something different to do and someone different to hang out with. Whether it be a speaker hosted by speaker's forum, a peapod squad show, one of the awesome dance shows, or grabbing some coffee at Java Hut, you're going to have a good time. While the parties may at times be somewhat lacking, that doesn't mean we don't have fun. Make friends with upperclassmen, especially seniors…they generally tend to have decent parties (if that's your scene). But, like I said, if you're not interested in the party scene, there are plenty of other things to do, and plenty of other students who aren't into that scene. Well, I guess that sums it up…if you think Clark is the place for you, then come visit campus, take a tour, do an interview…see if it matches your interests. This school has certainly found a place in my heart, and I'll always cherish the memories and friends I made there. One last piece of advice- wherever you do wind up going to college, your experience is going to be what you make of it. So, make it a good one and realize that the four years of college are going to fly by just as quickly as the past four years of high school.
