Vassar is a place where you will either love it or hate it. Unfortunately I hated it. The size was simply too small for my liking (everyone knew EVERYONE'S business) and everyone will have essentially slept with each other by graduation. It's INCREDIBLY liberal and there were freaks running around everywhere. If you are conservative and used to normalcy, do NOT go here. Also, if you like sports, do not go here. Vassar athletics is the biggest joke alive. This is an art/theatre school. It is an excellent school academically, but the social life is for people who seemed to have hated or were not accepted in high school. Also, please note, if you are a straight female looking for attractive straight males, DO NOT COME TO VASSAR. All of the guys are either 1) socially inept 2) gay 3)shorter than 5'5. You will lower your standards considerbly by the time you graduate. It's horrible. Also, there are not many attractive people on campus. I am only being candid here. So, basically, come here if you are a homosexual hippie who was taunted in high school and want everyone on campus to know about your personal life on a regular basis. Otherwise, save yourself! Thank God I am transferring.
