Overall, VT has been a great help now that I've graduated. The education I got in the CEE department was top-notch, although some of the professors I had have left this past year, which hurts it a bit. I'm fortunate to be working in a field that directly utilizes my degree, so I don't feel that any of it was wasted. It got a bit expensive toward the end, but it was still well worth it. I highly recommend VT for people looking to get into engineering, it's a very good school for that. I also like the surrounding area, it's great for the outdoors and about anything you could think to do in it. If you like the city though, it's kinda slim pickin's for that. But the small town charm is kind of what makes the place so great.
