Could you explain what you mean when you say "Be prepared to be shaken up and rebuilt theologically." I'm looking into their religious department for a degree. Thanks… _email_removed_ |
Major: Religion/Religious (This Major's Salary over time)
Related to the Biblical Studies/Biblical Exegesis and Biblical Theology programs. 2-4 of the professors are great (Beale, Moo, Perrin), others are terrible (Walton). The program is hard, based upon methodology and there are gaps in it. It is still developing. Be prepared to be shaken up and rebuilt theologically. This degree by itself is insufficient for a full orbed understanding of theology. It needs to be augmented with an MDiv, MA, or MTh in Sytematics, History, Ethics, Pastoralia, Mission, etc.
