TCU is a great place. Don't listen to any of the negative comments.Yes, Greek Life is prevalent, and there is a cornucopia of rich students, but there is a large number of students who aren't rich and in a fraternity or sorority. If you want to get connected on campus, get involved in a student organization. There are a ton of them. The sports games are always FREE for students. Go early to the football games, or you won't get a good seat.
