LaGrange College, although I have only been here a semester, is a great institution. You should carefully consider what is important to you before coming to this school, though. School? Social life? Growing opportunities? Having fun? Not all of these, except the first, would most likely fit the mold of LaGrange College. Despite all the marketing the small college tries to do, the amount of fun, social opportunities that it offers are few and far between. Because it is a very small school, you must feel comfortable with "sticking out" more. You can't hide easily. This sometimes makes social situations more uncomfortable if you aren't naturally extroverted. That, along with being located in a near non-existent town, LaGrange doesn't offer much except an education, even if it is a good one. Bottom line: make sure you know what you want in a school, and make sure you're positive you'll be happy in ALL areas of your college experience, not just the scholastic area.
