Major: Interior Design (This Major's Salary over time)
My experience at FIDM has been an indelible part of my career and life. Entering FIDM as post-graduate student is always a scary venture since the average student appears to be fresh high schoolers with the trendiest clothes and a common language all their own. However, as I continued to explore the possibilities at FIDM, such as the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society as well as ASID, I began to expand my view of FIDM. The director Mike Mirabella and career advisor Seung Kim helped me to pioneer the next stage of my life in interior design. Their ability to cultivate the potential success of each student has been the driving force behind the eclectic student population as well as the resulting FIDM Alumni entrepreneurs. As I am beginning my career as an interior designer, I have only seen the benefits of being a product of FIDM's education.
