UC Davis is certainly a place where you'd expect to go if you wanted to be in charge of your life. Academics here are great, the resources are great, and the students and professors here are too. I'm glad Davis has not turned into a simple name based on it's past and/or Athletic program, and is actually competing with Stanford, UCLA and UC Berkeley for that #1 spot. Definitely a hidden Jewel.
