Not only, in my opinion, are you wrong in your rankings,but you are inconsistant. How could it be a "great school with a lot of potential" and receive all "F's?" Some things such as educational quality should have been good even if you didn't like the administration.
Sadly, UC is made up of top quality kids and some less desirable idiots!
The followup comment to this review confirms my hunch that UC is watching and responding to these reviews very closely (in addition to writing the positive reviews).
The reviewer didn't say anything bad about the students... They were commenting on the a-holes who work at UC. A real UC student would know exactly what the first reviewer is talking about.
So why stay there? who are the biggest assholes? administrators. faculty..../
