I returned to formal education after 14 years of raising children to get my Bachelors degree. I have 3 kids Jr. High & High school. I work FT as and Executive Asst. I am married and I am very active in my church. This combination did not make going to a traditional school remotely possible. The CSU program fit my lifestyle so perfectly that I was ecstatic to find out about it. I have always been a good student and was a member of the National Honor Society in high school so good grades and hard work are no stranger for me. I thought it would be challenging but not overly so; but found that they were much harder than I expected. I really had to put in the time to read, study and research answers to quizzes, essay exams, final exams, and research papers that were required in the classes. I feel that I have learned so much through these classes that they are definately helping me in my career. I look forward to graduating next year and am seriously considering enrolling in the MBA program here as well. I encourage any working mother / wife or really busy person who wants to persue their education to consider CSU as a non traditional source of a quality education.
