UTSA has changed dramatically in a short period of time. What once felt like a community college has become a major state university, and is working towards becoming a nationally recognized school. Advances have been made in nearly every aspect on campus. Construction through the 2007-2008 school year topped $250 million. There is a reason that UTSA is one of the fastest growing schools in the nation.
